Our visual diary launched in 2022 as an exploratory beta-test, with daily posts. The word “diary” comes from the Latin “diarium” (daily allowance).

During a six-month prototype phase, it became apparent that posting on such an aggressive schedule isn’t sustainable, or even in the end, advisable. Quality suffered from having to come up with meaningful content on a daily basis.

So (as is always the case in any creative process) we are course-correcting based on personally observed in-the-field findings.

The bottom line is that we stand by the original idea: “sharing inspirations, insights, fun facts, or tips,” but are resetting our posting regularity from “daily” to “frequent,” or even, when necessary, “occasional.”
