Brand Loyalty

Although I am loathe to admit it, there isn’t any brand (except Patagonia and Apple) to which I am more loyal than Bounty paper towels.

And it isn’t for the slogan “quicker picker upper” although it is a memorable classic. And isn’t for the name and visual design although it is an exemplary identity. Just look at it! Strong, bright, friendly, fun.

I buy Bounty for the select-a-size sheets that tear off easily and straight. Every time! I’ve tried other towels and (so far) none have come close.

Consistent quality earns trust, which — combined with good product branding — inspires a following of loyal customers like me.
